E² Effect operates e2ops.com and provides educational digital books, templates and operations tools. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@e2ops.com.

Information we collect

When you request a resource, contact us or make a purchase, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message and order details. Our website and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and security or delivery logs. Please do not send confidential employee, customer or financial records through public forms.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver requested resources and purchases, answer questions, manage orders, prevent misuse and maintain our services. Our free scorecard signup also enrolls you in The E² Effect newsletter, as stated beside the form. Confirm your email to receive E² educational content, news and offers. Other purchases and support requests do not by themselves subscribe you to marketing. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Service providers

We use Webflow for website hosting and forms, Stripe for checkout and payments, and Vercel and Resend for digital fulfillment and delivery emails. Brevo may process subscriber information when used for our email marketing. Providers receive information needed for their services and operate under their own privacy terms. Full payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by E² Effect.

Email choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting hello@e2ops.com. Order confirmations, download messages and essential support communications are separate from marketing preferences.

Cookies and third-party services

Our website and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality and security. Third-party checkout pages have their own privacy and cookie notices.
